In this Women's Month we want to give you two routines of less than fifteen minutes to rejuvenate your face through Facial Yoga and Ice Therapy . Two totally natural and brief Skin Care routines ideal to include in your daily life and be able to successfully meet our goals.
Facial Yoga: 15 minutes a day to Rejuvenate your Face
1. Preparation and breathing (2 minutes):
Sit in a quiet place and take 10 deep breaths to relax. Breathe in deeply through your nose and out through your mouth, very slowly.
Grab your ISSHO ® roller and ISSHO ® gua sha (or your hands if you don't have our ISSHO® ones) and get ready to start your Skin Care routine.
2. Facial massage with roller and Gua Sha ISSHO ® (3 minutes):
Use the Facial Yoga roller of your choice to gently massage your face, starting from the center of the face and moving outward and upward. Spend at least a minute on each area of your face, such as your cheeks , forehead , and neck . When you choose your facial roller and your gua sha you should know that it can be made of different semi-precious stones, according to the energy you are looking for.
Among others, you can choose Tiger's Eye , which symbolizes trust and protection; White Jade which is the symbol of peace and harmony or Obsidian known to release negativity and promote mental clarity.
3. Jaw massage with ISSHO ® gua sha tool (3 minutes):
Apply some facial oil or serum to your jaw and use the gua sha tool to gently massage it. Spend at least a minute on each side of your jaw, making upward movements from your chin to your ears.
4. "O" exercise with the jade roller (1 minute):
Form an "O" with your lips and gently roll the jade roller over them for about a minute. It is important to relax the entire face to relieve stress.
5. ISSHO ® Gua Sha Neck Stretch (3 minutes):
Use gua sha to massage and stretch neck muscles. Spend at least a minute on each side of your neck, working from the base up. Different scientific studies like this one from the Mayo Clinic have shown that stretching the muscles helps prevent the appearance of wrinkles, since these are the causes of the wrinkles themselves .
6. Massage of the temples and forehead with the jade roller (2 minutes):
Use the jade roller to gently massage your temples and forehead for about two minutes. This helps soften facial expression lines and rejuvenate it.
7. Completion and breathing (1 minute):
Finish the routine by taking a moment to breathe deeply and relax completely. Close your eyes and take a few deep breaths to connect with your body and mind.

Ice Therapy: another natural skin care therapy to take care of the skin on your face.
Ice Therapy , along with other techniques such as Facial Yoga , has emerged as a beneficial technique to improve the health and appearance of the skin. Learn a short routine that you can do in just fifteen minutes.
1. Preparation and breathing (2 minutes):
Sit in a comfortable place and breathe deeply to relax. Prepare the ice balloons and have a soft towel handy to wipe off any excess water.
2. Facial massage with ice balloons (3 minutes):
Hold an ISSHO ® ice globe in each hand and begin to gently massage your face. Make circular movements from the center outward, covering the entire face, avoiding the eye area. Spend about a minute on each area, such as your cheeks, forehead, and neck.
3. Jaw and chin line massage (2 minutes):
Focus on the jaw and chin line , where tension often builds up . Massage these areas with gentle, upward movements with the ice balloons for about a minute on each side.
4. Stimulation of pressure points (2 minutes):
Use the ice balloons to gently press key pressure points on your face. This includes points near the temples , between the eyebrows , and on the jawline . Hold pressure for a few seconds on each point before moving to the next.
5. Refresh eyes and reduce puffiness (2 minutes):
Close your eyes and gently place the ice balloons on your closed eyelids. Hold them in place for a few seconds and then gently move the globes in circular motions around your eyes to reduce puffiness and cool the area .
6. Completion and breathing (1 minute):
Finish the routine by gently removing the ice globes from your face and taking a moment to breathe deeply and relax completely. If you wish, you can apply your favorite moisturizer to seal the moisture into your skin.
