Giraffe Smile : Place one hand on your collarbone and stretch your neck upward while smiling. Hold for 5 seconds and repeat 10 times. This exercise stretches and tones the skin on your neck.
The Fish : Suck your cheeks in and hold for 10 seconds. Repeat 10 times. This exercise is great for toning the muscles around your mouth and cheeks.
Neck Stretch : Tilt your head to one side and hold for 5 seconds. Then, tilt it to the other side. Repeat 10 times. This exercise helps stretch and strengthen your neck muscles.
